Day Rate: £450
We are looking for an experienced, MRICS or FRICS qualified Senior Valuation Surveyor / Commercial Property Manager to support our public sector property team on a contract basis.
The Role:
Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for a varied public sector commercial property portfolio
Provide strategic asset management advice to optimise use, value, and efficiency
Work closely with council officers, elected members, and other stakeholders
Prepare clear, accurate valuation and asset management reports to professional standards
Requirements:
MRICS or FRICS qualified with substantial post-qualification experience
Proven background in valuation surveying and/or commercial property management within the public sector
Strong understanding of the South London property market and local authority processes
Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder management skills
Contract Details:
On rolling contract
