I am currently working with a Professional Services client who is seeking an IT Manager from a PS background and strong experience within leading strategic change, finding and implementing IT efficiencies while ensuring the smooth running of their IT systems.

Working closely with the ITD, digital transformation project manager you will be tasked to initially review the estate, recommend any changes and ensure the platform is built for modernisation through digitalisation and AI.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
Ensuring the security and maintenance of all IT systems, including networks, servers and applications.
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver IT solutions that align with business needs
Delivering changes within IT security, data protection and GDPR when required
Managing various IT system/infrastructure/application/software or hardware projects
Managing O365 and MS stack
Analyse/review current IT estate and identify positive changes in way of cost saving and/or efficiencies for end users
Supporting O365 and MS stack
Ideal Background
Previous experience working within Professional Services
Within the IT manager role for 3-5yrs
Working across systems, infrastructure, applications/software and hardware
Experience implementing IT Security changes
Strong and engaging communicator
This will initially be on-site around Derbyshire and 1 day work from home after embedding period.
