REQUISITOS:
- Estudios: Lic. o Carrera Técnica en Contabilidad.
- Edad:28-40 años
- Excelente presentación
- Manejo SAE Necesariamente
- Conocimiento: Portales de Retail Necesariamente (Walmart, Soriana, Liverpool, Chedraui, (Comedores industriales), Etc.
- Excel 80% fórmulas tablas dinámicas.
ACTIVIDADES:
- Seguimiento a cartera de clientes a nivel nacional.
- Visita una vez al mes a clientes para conciliaciones.
- Revisar el correcto cumplimiento de nuestros procedimientos establecidos.
- Análisis y depuración de cuentas.
- Notas de crédito.
- Negociación con clientes para recuperación de cuentas mediante vía telefónica.
- Cartera Clientes.
- Reporte de Ingresos y aplicación de pagos (bancos).
- Análisis de Pagos – Conciliaciones bancarias.
- Crear notas de crédito en SAE.
- Complementos de Pago
- Aplicación de pagos
- Recepción y control de Facturas.
- Reportes Mensuales de Cartera.
- Manejo de cadenas comerciales.
- Estricto control de expediente por cliente, así como recabar información de clientes pasados.
- Será responsable de llevar a cabo cuentas grandes como Chedraui y Aramar
