Are you an experienced QA/QC Technician looking to join a long established and industry leading manufacturer? This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company with expertise in designing, manufacturing, and installing high quality low voltage switchgear systems. Based in Dublin, you\’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you\’ll be a key member of the Quality team, working closely with the Quality Engineer to maintain and improve standards, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing process. You\’ll be hands on with inspections, audits, data analysis, and process enhancements while playing a vital part in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
As a QA/QC Technician, your responsibilities will include:
* Carry out and document quality checks, process audits, and ensure SOP/ISO compliance.
* Record, analyse, and resolve non-conformances, including root cause investigations.
* Compile and review quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
* Support production trials, improvement projects, and external audit preparation.
* Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and represent the team in reviews/meetings.
The successful QA/QC Technician should have:
* 3rd level qualification in a technical or manufacturing discipline
* Minimum 3 years\’ experience in Product Quality, Reliability, or Customer Assurance.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with ISO quality standards.
