The opportunity:
As their team continues to grow, they\’re looking to strengthen their Quality Assurance department with the addition of a Quality Inspector.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision-machined components used in suspension assemblies.
Work from engineering drawings to validate conformance of incoming and in-house produced parts.
Use hand-held and bench-top mechanical measuring equipment to carry out quality checks.
Produce and maintain computerised quality reports.
Communicate with engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure clear feedback and continuous improvement.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure inspection data is handled with care and integrity.
What They\’re Looking For:
Previous experience in motorsport or low volume/ niche automotive environments is essential!
Strong mechanical and engineering knowledge.
Proven experience using a variety of measuring tools and inspection techniques.
The ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Meticulous attention to detail, a structured approach, and high personal standards.
Strong organisational and self-management skills.
Confident communicator, both verbally and digitally
