We’re looking for a skilled Asbestos & Water Hygiene Surveyor to join a forward-thinking housing provider and play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality compliance services. In this role, you’ll be: * Leading the operational delivery of asbestos and water hygiene services across a diverse housing and communal asset portfolio. * Ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and best practice standards. * Managing contractors to deliver high-performing services – stepping in to take corrective action where needed. * Acting as the go-to expert for asbestos safety and water hygiene advice. * Driving improvements, from risk assessments to contract mobilisation and digital service enhancements.
