Asbestos & Water Hygiene Surveyor Salary: £43,025 per annum Location: King\’s Lynn Hours: 37 per week, Monday – Friday Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring safe, compliant homes and communities? We’re looking for a skilled Asbestos & Water Hygiene Surveyor to join a forward-thinking housing provider and play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality compliance services. In this role, you’ll be: * Leading the operational delivery of asbestos and water hygiene services across a diverse housing and communal asset portfolio. * Ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and best practice standards. * Managing contractors to deliver high-performing services – stepping in to take corrective action where needed. * Acting as the go-to expert for asbestos safety and water hygiene advice. * Driving improvements, from risk assessments to contract mobilisation and digital service enhancements.
