Voids Coordinator £30,125 + generous benefits | 37 hours per week | Permanent Are you a highly organised, proactive administrator who thrives on keeping things moving? Do you enjoy seeing the results of your hard work make a real difference to people’s homes and lives? We’re looking for a Voids Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring empty properties are turned around quickly, efficiently, and to the highest standard, ready for new tenants to move in. You’ll be at the heart of the process – coordinating inspections, organising works, liaising with contractors, and keeping everything on track from start to finish. What you’ll be doing: * Planning and scheduling works for empty homes to ensure swift turnaround times. * Maintaining accurate records and updating property management systems. * Coordinating compliance checks (gas, electrical, EPC, asbestos) and organising clearances or decorating vouchers. * Providing vital admin support to the Voids Manager, including budget monitoring, purchase orders, and performance reporting. * Working closely with lettings, housing, compliance, and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless service. * Using data and insights to help improve processes and outcomes for residents. What we’re looking for: * Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. * A team player who can also work independently with initiative. * Great communication skills – both written and verbal. * Solid IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office. * A customer-focused mindset with resilience and problem-solving skills.
