About this role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in custom coding to build tailored Salesforce solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create fully customized applications, user interfaces, and integrations that go beyond standard Salesforce functionality.

These are some of the key components to the position:

Architect, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex for backend logic and Visualforce or Lightning Web Components (LWC) for bespoke user interfaces.

Build complex business logic, custom controllers, and extensions using Apex to meet unique business requirements.

Develop custom Visualforce pages and components for tailored UI experiences, leveraging CSS and JavaScript for styling and interactivity.

Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize custom code to ensure high performance and maintainability.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all custom development work.

Stay current with Salesforce development frameworks and evolving best practices in code-based customization and using Salesforce flows.

What will you bring to the team?

Hands-on experience in custom Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

Strong proficiency in Apex programming to implement complex business logic and data manipulation.

Expertise in building custom Visualforce pages and components, including integration of CSS and JavaScript for advanced UI customization.

Solid experience developing Lightning Web Components for modern Salesforce UI development.

Proven track record of designing and implementing API-based integrations with external systems.

Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security model from a coding perspective.

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications strongly preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills focused on code-level solutions.
