With a capacity for 81 residents, we provide a serene and supportive environment where personalized care meets exceptional living.
About the Role
Are you someone who thrives on creativity and enjoys making a positive impact on others? We\\\’re searching for a dynamic Activities Lead to bring fun and fulfilment to our residents\\\’ lives. In this role, you\\\’ll partner with the Home Manager to design and implement a wide range of engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Activity Planning & Execution: Design and lead monthly and individual activity programs that cater to a variety of interests, helping residents maintain their hobbies and discover new ones.
- Promote Social Interaction: Facilitate social opportunities that encourage residents to connect and enjoy their time in the care home.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all activities to ensure that every event is documented and meets the needs of our residents.
