Manchester City Centre: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Office

Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 DOE

We’re looking for a hands-on, conscientious Workplace Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our Manchester office, supporting IT, office administration, and health & safety duties. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, working closely with our external IT consultants and building management team.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support:

  • Manage IT equipment (laptops, printers) and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Liaise with external IT support for troubleshooting and system setups.
  • Maintain IT databases and ensure all office equipment is in working order.
  • Office Administration:
  • Oversee office supplies, meeting room bookings, and visitor access.
  • Coordinate with building management and reception teams.
  • Process purchase orders and manage shared office resources.

Health & Safety:

  • Act as a fire warden and first aider.
  • Support health & safety initiatives and ensure compliance.

  • Basic technical knowledge, particularly with Microsoft 365 and IT equipment.
