Our client is a global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions that enable operators to improve quality, reduce network operational expenses, and manage and monetize the mobile Internet.
As part of the global presales team, you will be involved in sales target achievement, account management, market penetration, and acquiring new customers.
You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the accounts, including product presentations, upselling new features and technologies, preparing technical solution documents, proposals, scope of work, and leading RFx responses.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in a Technical area
- 3-5 years of experience in presales within the Mobile Telecom industry
- Proven experience leading RFPs
- Experience working for a software product company
- Telecom network background is essential
- Knowledge of Mobile data & IP, and deep Telecommunication expertise
- Fluent in English, Spanish is highly desirable
- Dynamic personality with business acumen and motivation, team player
- Excellent presentation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel extensively
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support sales processes technically and commercially – initiatives, upsells, and new opportunities
- Product introduction, demonstration, and presentation – prepare, present, and demonstrate
- Solution engineering – understand customer needs, create upsells, and develop solutions
- Manage RFX responses – write solutions, ensure coherence, defend responses, collaborate with R&D and Product teams
- Provide detailed specifications and scope of work for customer requests
- Manage trials and PoCs – define scope, requirements, success criteria, timelines, and milestones
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Attend marketing events, trade shows, and conferences as needed
- Gather information on customer requirements and market conditions to enable new sales opportunities
