The role of the Early Careers Programme Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to learn about and support our fast-growing Early Careers programmes, focusing on school level programmes & apprenticeships across London & Glasgow through initiatives and projects.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing:
Operational Excellence (across London & Glasgow Programmes)

Programme coordination of school level insight programmes including administration, staffing events & sessions and sending candidate communication

Manage Early Careers mail group responding to queries from students and stakeholders
-
Manage the Early Careers internal jive site to ensure all information is up to date & relevant

Support with school level programme recruitment, screening & inviting students to attend programmes
-
Being a main point of contact for school level programme applicants and apprentices on programme in addition to suppliers and stakeholders

Support with the design and of programme event schedule, with guidance from the Early Careers Programme Managers

Support with student & apprentice engagement focusing on creating information guides & staffing stakeholders for useful sessions

Programme coordination of Apprentice programme and new starter and induction administration and all tracker, etc. are up-todate and accurate

Liaise with training vendor Account Managers to confirm logistics and course materials; prepare materials for distribution before program delivery

Liaise with Multi-Media, Restaurant Associates and Corporate Services to arrange training logistics and ensure 100% accuracy for in person programmes. For virtual programmes ensuring virtual platforms are communicated to all participants and programme runs smoothly throughout

Sourcing of firmwide business unit representation and other resources to support the successful delivery of the additional components of our programmes – speakers, networkers, etc.

Support the implementation and running of the continued education programmes

Budget tracking and monitor/validate expenditure against programme cost codes

Keep updated on internal process changes, and ensure the clients compliance & policies are adhered to

Delivery of any other allocated project or programme linked tasks
Client Focus

Provide a high level of student care across attraction and programmes

Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring candidate and client satisfaction at every stage of the process.

Management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
Team

Support the team on an ongoing basis to achieve targets and goals

Provide support in other areas and work on ad hoc client projects as required
Specialist/Technical Expertise

Add value to your business area through awareness and understanding of programmes, development, trends and graduate market knowledge

Conduct ad-hoc market research as directed by Manager regarding Early Careers Strategy

Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the Client Services Manager and the team
