The People team plays a vital role in Savanta by supporting our people. As HR professionals we work hard to create a positive work culture, ensuring that employees feel supported, motivated, and engaged., As a Business Partner at Savanta, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the People/HR agenda within the organization. You will have a broad and holistic view of the company, considering various HR functions and their interdependencies. Your responsibilities will involve partnering with business leaders to provide guidance and support on people-related issues.

One of your key objectives will be to help create a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout Savanta. This means working closely with leaders and employees to foster an environment that encourages productivity, innovation, and collaboration.

You will be a visible People coach to the business, offering guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and initiatives.

Additionally, part of your role will involve training and coaching other members of the global People/HR teams. By sharing your expertise and contributing to their development, you will help establish a trusted centre of excellence within the organization.

You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You need to have a combination of business acumen, relationship building skills, empathy, strategic thinking, communication skills, analytical skills, change management skills, coaching and mentoring skills, HR expertise, flexibility, results orientation, cultural sensitivity, and ethics and integrity. Yes, you are a super-person!, * Substantial experience at HRA/HRBP level. With a strong generalist HR capability dealing effectively with complex issues

  • Working knowledge of employment law in the UK and willingness to learn in new territories

  • Strong strategic commercial and financial understanding

  • Empathy and the ability to understand and address the unique challenges of different teams

  • Understanding of organisational development (OD) principles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information system
