  • Conduct site inspections to assess installation feasibility, evaluate existing infrastructure conditions, and provide risk assessments, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and collaborating with colleagues and managers to improve performance and enhance customer experience.

  • Consistently meet Circet’s safety standards, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks in the field.

  • Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing business needs., * The normal hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with the expectation for you to work one Saturday in every four. The nature of your work may involve considerable travel time outside of office hours with no additional renumeration.

  • Ability to excel in a very physically demanding role that requires regular pole/ladder climbing, working underground and manual handling of heavy weight in potentially adverse weather conditions.

  • Full Clean UK Driving License (Manual).

  • Basic DBS Check.

  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to interpret customer requirements regardless of their technical knowledge.

  • Good base understanding of the importance of Health & Safety in engineering.

  • Opportunity to earn a minimum base salary, and between £39,000 – £58,500+ once earning from our price work rate card, after completion of a shadowing period.

  • Full equipment provided including company van & fuel card.

  • Ongoing training, including opportunities to cross-train into FTTP.
