Offering the successful Building Surveyor not only exposure to high-profile projects within the science and technology, education, and commercial sectors, but also a clear pathway for progression, including the opportunity to work directly with a Partner on a daily basis. The Building Surveyor\’s Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered or nearly Chartered Building Surveyor to deliver a range of professional and project-led instructions across a diverse commercial portfolio. You\’ll be involved in traditional building surveying services, including dilapidations, party wall matters, technical due diligence, contract administration, building pathology, condition and measured surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, construction monitoring, and principal design duties. You\’ll work with a collaborative team, reporting directly to a Building Surveyor Partner, offering you not only mentorship and support but also a direct route for career advancement.
