Duration: Fixed Term, Maternity Cover, Full Time
Roles requiring PVG Membership:
Starting 1 April 2023, candidates for roles with a full-time equivalent salary of £30,000 or above (including teaching roles and jobs at Grade 11 and above) will need to cover the cost of PVG membership. The Council will initially pay for this cost (£18 for existing PVG scheme members, £59 for non-members), which will be deducted from the first full month\’s salary.
Job purpose/about the role
To provide administrative and clerical support within secondary schools, including financial and administrative duties in line with corporate and school procedures.
Minimum requirements:
- PVG membership for regulated work with children, or willingness to obtain it before starting
Desirable skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a team, including supervisory roles if required
