They’re now looking for a Creative Lead to set the conceptual and visual direction of their most exciting projects, leading a talented multidisciplinary team and pushing creative boundaries at every opportunity.
The Role
As Creative Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind elevated brand experiences — from immersive events and exhibitions to content, installations, and 360 campaigns. You’ll shape ideas from concept to execution, ensuring every output is flawlessly crafted, strategically sound, and perfectly aligned to brand essence.
You’ll pitch with confidence, inspire and mentor the creative team, and collaborate with producers to make sure big ideas are delivered seamlessly, on time, and on budget. Staying ahead of trends in fashion, art, design, and tech will be second nature, and you’ll bring that knowledge to keep the agency’s work fresh, relevant, and world-class.
What You’ll Bring
- 8–10+ years ’ creative experience within the luxury or fashion/lifestyle space.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering visually stunning, strategically sharp creative work.
- Strong art direction skills with an exceptional eye for design, typography, and storytelling.
- Experience across experiential, events, content, and exhibitions .
- Hands-on skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Vectorworks (or similar CAD tools).
- Bonus: 3D software and rendering experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple high-profile projects with style and precision.
