Stansted Airport, UK | Excellent Salary + Bonus + Benefits
Be the closer. Drive growth. Own the results.
Are you a dynamic, tenacious and results-driven commercial operator who lives to make deals happen? Do you have the energy, grit, and skill to not just open doors but close them hard – and walk away with the win?
This is not a seat-warming role. It’s an opportunity to partner closely with the Managing Director of a high-performing food industry solutions business that has seen 3x growth year-on-year – and is still only getting started.
Based with a small but mighty team right next to Stansted Airport, you’ll be the driving force for new business across the UK and beyond. Our client is already the sole supplier to several top global manufacturers for their raw food ingredients – now they want a closer to take it to the next level.
The Person We’re Looking For
Lives and breathes food ingredients – you speak the language of food manufacturing
A first-class closer – you don’t just pitch, you seal the deal
Tenacious and fearless – you’ve got a “can do” attitude and aren’t afraid to say NO to customers when needed
Top negotiator – confident in front of senior decision-makers
Industry-savvy – you know the key ingredient manufacturers across the UK, Europe – and even further afield
Proven track record – you’ve been in this field and your CV shows you’ve delivered
What’s on Offer
- Excellent salary plus a strong profit-per-sale bonus structure
- Birthday off without using annual leave
- Company pension (outsourced)
- Free onsite airport parking (for work AND your holidays!)
- Use of a pool car for customer visits
- Occasional seats at Tottenham Hotspur
- 5 mins from Stansted Express – easy access to London
- Genuine career growth – this role is built to grow into something bigger
- And crucially… a team that has fun and enjoys what they do (yes, even the technical manager!)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hunting down new contacts and opportunities across food ingredients & manufacturing
- Building strong supplier and customer relationships that drive profitable expansion
- Working side by side with the MD to shape strategy and deliver real growth
This is your chance to join a seriously growing business, work with great people – and have the freedom and support to go and win.
