Tomorrow are working alongside an independent brand and design consultancy based in London, partnering with some of the world\\\’s most prestigious names in luxury property, hospitality and lifestyle who are seeking a new Midweight Designer. The role: As the studio and international portfolio continues to grow, we\\\’re looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join their close-knit creative team. This is an opportunity to work on beautifully crafted, design-led projects across the luxury real estate, hospitality and lifestyle sectors, shaping brands from the ground up and delivering work that\\\’s both strategically smart and visually exceptional. They\\\’re looking for someone who cares deeply about quality, detail and execution. Someone who sweats the small stuff, thinks big, and takes real pride in their craft.
What You\’ll Do
You\\\’ll work closely with the creative team across multiple clients and projects, taking real ownership of your work from concept through to delivery.
- Respond imaginatively and energetically to creative briefs
- Develop strong conceptual ideas and refined executions
- Design across multiple touchpoints – brand, print, digital and beyond
- Present and communicate ideas clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with designers and mentor junior team members
What They\\\’re Looking For
- 3-5 years\\\’ experience in an agency or similar studio environment
- Experience working across brand and communications projects
- Strong conceptual thinking and typography skills
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent organisation and time management
