We are actively looking for a Fire Project Surveyor to deliver the fire improvement works for a housing association in the Walton-on-Thames, Surrey area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive, car allowance, mileage expenses, 34 days annual leave and hybrid working.
In return as the Fire Project Surveyor, you will receive:
- Up to £60,000
- Car allowance or car leasing scheme
- Mileage covered
- Hybrid working- 1 day in office and travel to sites
- 26 days\’ annual leave, increasing to 29 after three years
- Flexible bank holidays take them when it suits you
- An optional nine-day fortnight scheme on offer

As the Fire Project Surveyor, you will be:
- Delivering the fire improvement works programme on the domestic properties across the East London area
- Supporting on delivering the passive and active fire works off the back of the fire risk assessments completed
- Liaise with the external contractors and residents providing further support on contract admin and managing complaints to promote high level of customer service
- Conduct site inspections ensuring all operatives work is meeting KPIs and conducting H&S checks
Experience and qualifications:
- Experience delivering fire improvement works
- Social housing or public sector experience within fire
- Technical qualification in building services or construction
