As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will lead the delivery of day-to-day facility operations, services, and maintenance activities. The position ensures assets are operated in a cost-effective manner while providing a safe and comfortable work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining Asset Management Strategy in accordance with ISO 55001 and API
- Managing the ownership of the Maximo CMMS system and developing strategies for Preventive and Predictive maintenance, monitoring KPIs
- Managing capital expenditure and executing Capex projects as per plans
- Driving continuous improvement programs for performance, EHS, Quality, and Throughput
- Focusing on operational efficiency, defining OPEX and headcount needs
- Owning LOTO and Electrical Safety Frameworks
- Developing systems for monitoring skills, competencies, and training plans
To be successful, you should:
- Have a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Asset Integrity Management, or similar
- Knowledge of cost and budget control for Maintenance, Facilities, etc.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager for 3rd party Facility contracts
- Operational leadership experience in similar environments
- Experience with Reliability Engineering tools and ISO 55000 systems
- Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS
