Position: Fleet Specialist
Location: Peterborough (PE2)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (09:30-17:30/10:00-18:00)

Are you ready to steer your career in a new direction? We\’re seeking a dedicated Fleet Specialist to join our team in Peterborough! If you have a knack for optimising fleet operations and a passion for keeping things running smoothly, we want you on board. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Pro-actively management the fleets to ensure efficient in fleeting and de-fleeting of vehicles in line with brands requirements
- Provide detailed analysis of wave planning recommendations to be presented to the brands at monthly meetings
- Update the brands throughout the month to ensure their ordering, registration and de-fleet targets are met and on time
- Work with GBA to push cars through PDI to avoid any delays or shortfalls in brand targets
- Supporting employee loan program, booking and communicating with the VW brand, booking and handovers onsite at Knowlhill (Milton Keynes) for VWG California program
- Process the post and chase PCNS / Fines. V5 Management
- Ordering and Registering vehicles
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Fleet management or experience would be desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided
- Strong Customer Service experience is essential (Experienced with inbound and outbound calls and emails)
- Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Administration skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally
- Presentation skills
- Confident to present data and information to customer/stakeholders
