A financial services firm is overhauling their HR processes and practices, and require additional support to deliver on the change program. They are seeking an HR professional with exceptional Talent Acquisition experience to support in this design, standardisation and implementation process.
You will be reporting into the Head of Recruitment and working with them to execute on all the planned tasks. The outline of what is required is already set, you will just need to come in and take ownership of the delivery. You will drive end-to-end process redesign, technology implementation, and cultural change to deliver world-class talent acquisition capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive talent acquisition transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Implement process standardization across all recruitment activities while maintaining flexibility for business needs.
- Design and deploy new governance structures, including service level agreements and quality metrics.
- Be the driving force behind the process change, setting timelines and creating visual project trackers, to hold teams accountable and to be able to report progress upwards.
Requirements
- 4-6 years working in HR transformation in the tech industry.
- Must have strong Talent Acquisition experience.
- Excellent project management skills, with an ability to hold stakeholders of varying seniority accountable to timelines.
- Confidence using Excel, to build project trackers and reports, which can be shared internally.
- Prior use of Workday extremely helpful.
