What You Will Do:
β Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to ensure product conformity.
β Conduct dimensional and visual inspections on complex aerospace components using both manual and automated methods.
β Operate and assist in programming CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) using Zeiss Calypso software.
β Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and produce detailed inspection reports in compliance with AS9102 standards.
β Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
β Support ad hoc inspection requests during the New Product Introduction (NPI) development phases.
What You Will Bring:
β Extensive quality inspection experience within the aerospace or automotive sector.
β Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with a strong understanding of GD&T.
β Hands-on experience with manual inspection tools and automated systems such as CMM and vision systems.
β Experience of working to tight tolerances, with experience in Zeiss Calypso or PC-DMIS.
β Demonstrated expertise in performing AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAIR) processes and documentation.
β Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
