You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader.ResponsibilitiesAssumes overall accountability for jobsite safetyAssumes overall accountability for meeting contract requirementsVerifies the accuracy of project financial forecast, notice provisions, and billings to meet contract requirements potential claims; escalates to leadership of unresolved deviationsEnsures team creates a project-specific quality plan aligned with the owner contract and contract documentsEnsures a team creates a closeout plan in alignment with the contract documentsProvides leadership in motivating the project team(s) and maintains a positive work environmentDirects and supervises work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.Assumes overall accountability of subcontracting strategy and the integrity of the buyout process at project levelNegotiates all aspects of contracts, leads implementation of risk mitigation plan, final review of draft contracts, agreements, and purchase ordersAssumes overall accountability to ensure project compliance with the insurance and bondsCoordinates all preconstruction services ensuring alignment with contractual obligations; reviews and approves all deliverables to Owner and design teamAssumes overall accountability and leads the team with effective communication and prioritization to ensure focus and discipline to meet the project scheduleDevelops a comprehensive understanding of the local market areas and profiles to create and lead a networking strategyPartners with business development to ensure seamless integration with sales strategies, client capture plans and account plans. Optimizes profit levers and gross profit margin tactics to achieve performance targets on new sales. Sarasota FL, Jacksonville FL, Arizona, San Antonio TX, Richmond VA, Pittsburgh PA this ranges from $174,200.00-$212,900.00 plus benefits and retirement program.For Atlanta GA, Maryland, Boca Raton FL, North Carolina, Detroit MI, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Rochester MN, this ranges from $182,900.00-$223,500.00 plus benefits and retirement program.For Austin TX, Chicago IL, Houston TX, Philadelphia PA, Sacramento CA this ranges from $191,600.00-$234,200.00 plus benefits and retirement program.For Arlington VA, Boston MA this ranges from $203,800.00-$249,100.00 plus benefits and retirement program.For Concord CA, Los Angeles CA this ranges from $212,500.00-$259,700.00 plus benefits and retirement program.For San Jose CA, New York NY this ranges from $223,000.00-$272,500.00 plus benefits and retirement program.Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
