About the role: As Senior E-Comm Trading Manager, you will own the end-to-end performance of Threadbare.com. This is a hands-on management role, responsible for driving revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and brand experience through digital channels. You\’ll work closely with a cross-functional team and collaborate with key departments (Brand Marketing / Creative, Merchandising, Operations) to achieve ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement the digital growth strategy for Threadbare.com, aligned with overall business objectives. Lead and grow a small e-commerce team covering trading, UX, and customer service whilst have an appreciation of stock levels and digital marketing performance Report on key KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, CLV, CAC, etc.) to senior stakeholders. Identify key areas and markets for growth outside of the UK, and lead the vision, strategy and plans to execute this growth Trading & Merchandising Own the online product strategy: range planning, pricing, promotions, and stock availability. Optimise category and product performance through data-driven merchandising. Plan seasonal campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Buying teams. Digital Marketing & CRM Drive customer retention through lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and loyalty strategies. Work alongside our paid media & affiliate agencies to manage performance, as well as working alongside our internal brand marketing team to help manage budgets to ensure healthy ROIβs and overall sales growth. User Experience & Website Management Own the user journey across desktop and mobile; optimise for UX, speed, and conversion. Collaborate with our in house overseas developers to manage the website roadmap. Ensure site content is on-brand, engaging, and up to date. Operations & Customer Experience Work with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and aftercare. Monitor and continuously improve the customer journey, from checkout to delivery and returns. Requirements (essential): Proven experience in a senior e-commerce or digital leadership role within fashion or consumer retail. Demonstrated success growing a DTC e-commerce brand, experience in Shopify is a must Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online trading, and analytics. Commercially astute, highly numerate, and data-driven in decision making. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. A passion for fashion, digital innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements (desirable): Experience in international e-commerce and multi-currency websites. Understanding of wholesale/marketplace retail models (e.g., Next, ASOS, Debenhams).
