Market Research Manager – Boutique Research Agency Western Home Counties (Hybrid, 2 office days) £strong salary (according to experience) bonus good benefits Fantastic opportunity for a confident, commercially minded Research Manager to join a strategic boutique agency that’s known for delivering smart, story-led insight and high-impact thinking. This team blends deep sector expertise with thoughtful analysis to give clients a true understanding of their markets and audiences, they don\’t use templated approaches here. You’ll be leading a variety of full-service projects from end-to-end, applying your skills across proposal writing, research design, client relationship management, analysis, insight generation, reporting and presenting. We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable building strong client relationships as they are shaping smart, commercially relevant insight. You’ll enjoy thinking creatively about how to grow accounts and your ideas around product development will be welcomed too. Line management experience would be a real plus, as you’ll be helping to support and develop junior team members. This is a collaborative and supportive environment, where your voice and contribution will be valued from day one.
