Percival is proud to be partnering exclusively with the File Foundation, to recruit an Interim Philanthropic Partnerships Lead to join their passionate and collaborative fundraising team.
The Foundation for International Law for the Environment (FILE) is a not-for-profit philanthropic organisation working to accelerate legal action on climate change. Through grant-making and in-house legal expertise, we empower our partners to deliver strategic, innovative legal interventions and we support lawyers in their own countries to bring their own cases.
This is an exciting, high profile position within the team, with the opportunity to build out FILE\’s fundraising team and to work with major global philanthropies taking a key role in supporting the future direction of a highly ambitious organisation.
Position: Philanthropic Partnerships Lead
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (5 days or 4 days a week)
Salary: Β£65,000 -Β£70,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: 11 months fixed-term contract (Parental Leave Cover)
Location: London, Hybrid/Remote (Occasional presence in the London office required)
The Philanthropic Partnerships Lead will set donor strategy and manage bespoke donor stewardship plans and communications. They will also lead on face-to-face and virtual meetings, events and engagements and manage complex donor relationships across multiple stakeholders andworkstreams.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Senior stakeholder manager with philanthropy experience
- Skilled in cross-functional, strategic relationship roles
- Proven success securing 7-figure funding
- Deep knowledge of philanthropy/foundation landscape
- Experienced in climate or environmental sectors
