We’re working with a highly respected, family-run financial planning company who pride themselves on delivering a personal, client-first service.
They have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Financial Adviser to join their team, initially focusing on providing support to Advisers.
You’ll join a close-knit team, working closely with the Director to learn the business inside-out. Over a 3-year period, they will support you to gain qualifications, whilst providing compressive training on all aspects of the advice process, giving you a ready-made foundation for a successful advisory career.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Advisers, including preparing documentation, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records
- Assist with gathering and analysing client information to support the preparation of financial plans
- Attend client meetings alongside advisers to observe and learn the advice process
- Liaise with product providers to obtain policy information, valuations, and illustrations
- Ensure all compliance requirements and internal procedures are followed at every stage of the advice process
- Support with the preparation of suitability reports and investment reviews under supervision
- Take part in regular mentoring sessions with senior advisers to develop technical knowledge and client relationship skills
- Gradually increase client-facing responsibilities, moving towards full advisory duties over a 3 year period
About you:
- Experience working in regulated Financial Services role (desirable)
- Progress towards industry exams (desirable)
- Organised, professional, and confident in client-facing situations
- Looking for a long-term career in financial advice with a clear development pathway
- Comfortable working in-office most of the week, with some flexibility available
