Dynamics CRM Administrator Charity Organisation £38000 – £44000 per annum Hybrid London Your new role we are currently working with a prestigious London charity organisation, who are looking for a Dynamics CRM Administrator to provide support in developing their MS Dynamics 365 CRM. You will be working closely with senior leadership and the application support team. This role focusses on end users and sections to encourage and improve the usage of the CRM. What you'll need to succeed A good understanding of data governance Previous experience training, documenting, and developing CRM platforms. Strong stakeholder management Proficient in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Good understanding and practical experience of using the MS Power Platform to add functionality and task automation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience of using PowerBI for reporting.
