Objective : To support the growth of the UK office (Billericay) as we look for recruitment consultants within our STEM teams. Core Tasks : Source new candidates, within budget, location and who fit the Darwin values Sell Darwin Recruitment\’s opportunities in an authentic way Actively headhunt talent to join Darwin Map the local competition and build relationships with relevant talent Manage interview processes end to end Organise our internal recruitment processes and database Build the Darwin brand alongside our marketing team Be the face of our organisation to the market Requirements : 3+ years\’ experience in recruitment / sales Ability to sell opportunities and excite people to join Darwin Closing skills, ability to manage processes to a positive conclusion Embody Darwin Values (Passion, Integrity, Drive, Evolution, Responsibility, Accountability) and build our brand locally as an employer of choice. Able to work 5 days per week in our Billericay office (remote/WFH not an option) Energetic personality and people-person that embraces challenges, will do well in this role Why Darwin?
