Job Description

Legal Helpline Advisor – Civil Litigation Location: SheffieldSalary: £22,000 – £23,00Hours: Full time, permanentAbout the Role:CRA Legal are working with a well-established ABS structure who offer various legal services to its client base. The organisation are looking to hire an experienced Legal Helpline Advisor with a background in Civil Disputes or Civil Litigation. You will have the opportunity to join a business that offers career progression and a competitive salary. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls, processing new claims
  • Taking inbound calls, updating clients on existing claims
  • Providing expert legal advise via telephone and email
  • Setting up new claims
  • Updating case notes on current notes
  • Taking witness statements / drafting witness statements

  • Boundary / Land Disputes
  • Property Damage
  • Family Matters
  • Debt Management

Required Experience

  • 12 months working as a Legal Helpline Advisor
  • Degree educated
