Electrical Manager – Static Commercial Building – Guildford, Surrey – Up to £60k Are you an experienced Hard Services Manager looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the hard services operations of a large commercial building in Guildford, Surrey. The Role: As the Hard Services Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring the building remains fully operational and compliant. You will oversee a team of engineers, contractors, and service providers to maintain high standards across BMS, HVAC, generators, and lighting systems.
