The company is a technical services business providing best of breed support, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and installation services to some of the biggest and brightest technology businesses in the world. Due to further growth, they are now looking for an IT Tech Courier / Field Engineer based in the Ipswich area. The company offers fully paid training at their Tewkesbury Headquarters between 4 – 5 weeks. Full salary and hotel expenses paid whilst training. Role and responsibilities * Working in education, commercial and residential properties * Driving from job to job, administration, repair and maintenance when required * Equipment covered TV, Large Format Display, POS hardware and later Printers, PC’s, Laptops, Projectors and Sky equipment, EPOS and Sky Equipment * Always providing excellent service Overtime available Candidate Requirement * Excellent Customer service and IT repair skills all required for this position. * Must have a full UK driving license – manual transmission vehicles only Benefits Van, Fuel card for business use, Smart phone, Laptop and Tools provided.
