Finance Manager lo lead & coach a high performing finance team of 4 staff, Milton Keynes/Hybrid, c£55,000 Reporting into the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will oversee a team of 4 staff ensuring all deadlines are met. The role will involve leading, coaching and developing the staff. As the Finance Manager you will: * Produce management accounts and board reports * Track costs comparing to budget * Post and review journals * Manage Balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations * Manage P&L and flash reports * Cashflow forecasts * UK stat accounts and corporation tax * Prepare monthly budget and forecasts * Review KPI information Qualified accountant/Finalist with 2 years’ experience leading a finance team. The role is with a well-established company with excellent career development path to FC and onto to Divisional FD. Based in Milton Keynes. Hybrid working available
