THE ROLE
As Senior Project Manager, you\’ll be the driving force behind bespoke scenic projects, guiding them from concept to completion. Whether it\’s a one-night-only live show, an immersive experience, or an intricate stage piece, you’ll be the calm in the creative storm, ensuring it all comes together beautifully, on time and on budget.
You’ll:
- Independently lead projects from concept to delivery
- Be the go-to for clients, a relationship-builder and expert advisor
- Scope, quote, schedule, and manage the full lifecycle
- Collaborate across internal teams, design, production, workshop, site
- Develop practical build methods and detailed technical designs
- Juggle priorities and solve problems without losing your cool
- Champion quality and push creative boundaries without compromising on practicality
YOU BRING
- Proven project management experience in scenic or workshop-led environments ideally within Theatre, Immersive or Live Events & Experiences.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and fabrication
- Confidence quoting, budgeting, and scheduling in fast-paced environments
- A knack for clear, empathetic communication, with clients and crews alike
- A “hands-on” mindset, you know when to lead, and when to pitch in
- Flexibility and level-headedness under pressure
- A genuine passion for bringing wild creative ideas into the real world
