Rise Recruitment Solutions are seeking a skilled Court Protection Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to joinr our customers well-established and rapidly expanding team. Our customers Court Protection and PI Trusts team has experienced significant growth, reflecting their commitment to exceptional client care standards. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking to advance their career and grow with our customer in delivering specialised legal advice across a range of areas including Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Medical Negligence, Personal Injury, Personal Injury Trusts, Probate, Residential Conveyancing, and Wills. What We Offer: * Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum depending on Experience * Work Environment: Onsite * Location: LU7, Bedfordshire * Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday * Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package * Experience: 3 years PQE + Role Responsibilities: * Manage Professional Deputyship matters with minimal supervision. * Oversee Personal Injury Trusts matters independently. * Contribute to marketing our services and achieving the firm’s corporate objectives. * Undertake relevant duties as directed. * Continuously update and improve knowledge in Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts, maintaining Lexcel compliance. Qualifications: * Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE. * Proven track record of extensive and relevant experience. Skills: * Confident communicator with strong persuasion and commercial awareness. * Excellent client care skills and a team player in a diverse professional environment. * Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office. * Able to work autonomously, producing high-quality work with minimal supervision. * Strong time management and prioritization skills. * Efficient fee earner capable of managing own caseload. * Good business development skills and comfortable with networking. * Efficient in time recording and file management. * Capable mentor with the ability to delegate to junior team members.
