Job Title: SEN Lunchtime Supervisor

Location: CroydonHours: Part-time/ Full time options, Term Time Only (2 hours per day, Monday to Friday or part time 3 days a week)Salary: Competitive

Are you kind, patient, and enjoy working with children?We’re looking for a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to support our pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) during the lunch break.

What you’ll do as a Lunchtime Supervisor:

  • Help children during lunch – whether that’s eating, sitting safely, or making choices

  • Supervise playtime – encouraging safe, fun, and inclusive play

  • Support pupils with individual needs, always with patience and a smile

  • Work as part of a friendly, supportive team

What we’re looking for as a Lunchtime Supervisor:

  • Someone who enjoys working with children

  • A calm and positive attitude

  • Experience with SEN or Experience in a School Environment

  • A team player with a caring nature
