In-House Care Trainer Location: Spalding Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum ⏳ Job Type: Full-time gap healthcare is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced In-House Care Trainer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training programmes, ensuring care staff are fully equipped to provide exceptional care. Key Responsibilities • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for new and existing staff. • Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to identify staff development requirements. • Develop and maintain training materials aligned with compliance and regulatory standards. • Monitor and track learners’ progress, providing regular feedback. • Ensure all training records, assessments, and compliance documentation are kept up to date. • Support quality assurance processes, including audits and inspection readiness. • Stay up to date with sector developments and best practices. Requirements • Minimum Level 3 Teaching, Learning & Assessment qualification (AET/PTLLS) or willingness to obtain. • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English Language & Mathematics. • Full UK driving licence. • Level 4 IQA or equivalent (desirable). • First Aid at Work Certificate. • IOSH Health & Safety Qualification. • Hands-on experience in the Health & Social Care sector. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • IT literacy for managing training resources and digital records.
