Accounts Assistant, Newtownstewart, Up to £33k We are working with a successful local business to recruit for their new Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. Working within a busy office you will be working with both customers and suppliers across; Receive and process customer orders Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other relevant information Complete the required paperwork when ordering stock Compare items received against items ordered Update stock information, compile daily reports and address any discrepancies Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy General Administrative Duties What we are looking for; Previous experience in a similar experience Confident IT skills Excellent organisational, time management and high attention to detail skills If you are interested, please give me a ring on and ask for Diarmuid.
