The Role
Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You\’ll deliver the very highest standard of pet care, whilst demonstrating a basic understanding of technical concepts relating to preparing and clipping of a dog for grooming, including handling techniques, using equipment, and pre‑grooming preparation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent pet care and grooming services.
- Use grooming equipment and prepare dogs for clipping.
- Maintain a clean and safe salon environment.
- Assist with customer service and shop duties.
Qualifications
- Passionate about delivering great service.
- Flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week, closed on Sundays; minimum 39 hours, often more to cover busy periods.
- Experience working with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment desirable.
- Customer‑facing experience preferred.
- Target‑driven environment experience welcome.
