The Techno-Functional Analyst Oracle EPM, Financials possesses both deep functional knowledge of Oracle EPM and EBS Financial applications and a technical understanding of the underlying Oracle database, allowing them to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, typically involved in consulting, configuration, customization, and project delivery for these systems. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Gathering requirements from stakeholders, understanding business processes, and translating them into functional specifications for Oracle applications. Configuration: Setting up and customizing Oracle applications to align with specific business needs within the system parameters. Technical Design: Collaborating with technical teams to design solutions, considering data mapping, integrations, and system interfaces. Development: Performing customizations using Oracle development tools (PL/SQL, Forms, etc.) when necessary to address unique business requirements. Testing and Quality Assurance: Executing functional and regression testing to ensure system stability and accuracy. Implementation Support: Providing on-site training and support to end users during system go-live and post-implementation phases. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Oracle application functionality and data integrity. Experience / Qualifications A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
