Nightshift Supervisor – EVRi Mallusk – c£35,992 Staffline is recruiting Nightshift Supervisors for EVRi, located in Mallusk, to oversee the operational plan and lead a team of PROs and Loaders ensuring the operational performance across the shift is productive and efficient. What We Offer: Full-time permanent position. Competitive annual salary of up to £35,992. Work with one of the UK\’s most recognised parcel delivery brands. Key Responsibilities: Planning and organising the team to ensure that operational requirements, forecasted CPU and service levels are achieved against the budget. Managing colleague\’s rota\’s and controlling holiday requests to maximise shift efficiency. Planning contingencies to minimise business risk and ensure that operational requirements are continually met. Completing regular performance reports on the shifts progress daily. Supporting the Transport Operation when required, ensuring Drivers and vehicles are compliant in line with regulations. Achieving high performance across all Warehouse areas through adhering to 5S and Blue Book standards. Promoting and driving consistency to ensure compliance and standards of quality, service, safety, and security are always met. Monitoring productivity levels through managing resource requirements and forecasted Warehouse CPU. Actively minimising indirect costs and understanding the impact these costs have on the operation. Managing and controlling mis-sorts, damages, and scanning compliance to achieve Client SLA\’s and KPI\’s. Ensuring quality is achieved through training the team so they are equipped to work safely and compliantly following all appropriate SSOWs and RA\’s. Ensuring that all Drivers are fully compliant with legislative requirements and kept up to date on the relevant transport systems. Monitoring the H&S standards and audit compliance, infringements and returns are all dealt with. Controlling and monitoring security of both premises and goods by continual vigilance and use of company security procedures. Setting high standards in all people aspects. Such as Recruitment & Onboarding, Induction, Attrition, Sickness & Absence, Employee Relations, Development and Recognition. Also, maintaining the accuracy of people information on all Evri\’s internal systems. Requirements: Good Maths and English skills written and verbal. PC Literate IOSH Desirable Strong Operational knowledge of the end-to-end process. Must be able to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines. Preferable experience in a Traffic office environment including knowledge on regulations. Demonstrate ability to understand and complete cost controls, data reports, MI and KPI metrics. Experience working in a Supervisory role with operational colleagues/Drivers. Confident in dealing with people issues and accurately reporting all people data.
