Digital Learning Content and Engagement Executive
Permanent position
Hybrid β 2 days onsite a week in London, 3 days remote based
Salary – Circa Β£50,000
Instinct are partnering with a highly reputable global Law firm who are looking to bring onboard a Digital Learning Content and Engagement Executive.
This role sits within the IT and Digital Adoption department and will play a crucial role in creating and implementing digital learning solutions that drive engagement and facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes.
The role:
β’ End-to-end development of high-quality learning materials crafted to facilitate the successful adoption of both new and existing tools, processes, and methodologies across the firm.
β’ Development of a full range of materials including but not limited to SharePoint pages, videos, and eLearning (SCORM) modules in line with brand guidelines.
β’ Managing multiple digital learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards and effective communication with stakeholders.
β’ Working closely with Adoption Managers, Product Managers, subject matter experts, and end-users to establish requirements, objectives and desired outcomes for digital learning projects.
β’ Harness a variety of tools and technologies to create and deliver engaging content. This includes tailoring the content to meet specific learning outcomes and preferences of the target audience.
β’ Regularly assess current content to pinpoint areas for enhancement and apply necessary modifications.
β’ Support the Digital Content Creation and Engagement Manager on the delivery of the adoption communications and engagement plan.
β’ Support the Digital Content Creation and Engagement Manager on the design and implementation of role specific learning pathways.
β’ Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in digital learning and technology and continuously explore new ways to enhance the learning experience.
The person:
β’ Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in digital learning creation.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
β’ A creative individual with a keen sense for design, capable of creating compelling and engaging materials.
β’ Keen attention to detail, emphasising accuracy, quality, and consistency in content creation, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
β’ A strong knowledge base in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and content development best practices, ensuring the delivery of effective and impactful learning experiences.
β’ A genuine passion for continuous learning and innovation, actively seeking novel approaches to enhance both the learning experience and the content creation process.
β’ Proficient in the use of rapid authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate, etc), and video and image editing and creation tools.
β’ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
β’ Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles (Desired).
β’ Experience managing content on an LMS (Desired).
β’ Experience in the legal industry, displaying familiarity with legal terminology, tools, concepts, and processes (Desired).
