Acquisition Manager Deverellsmith has been retained by a leading European Residential & Mixed-Use Investor/Developer to appoint an Acquisition Manager in London. We are seeking individuals who are well networked and have a strong track record in sourcing, underwriting, and executing Residential and Mixed-Use deals within the London market. The role As the Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating terms, and managing transactions from origination through to completion. This is a strategic role that will see you play a key part in expanding the portfolio and driving returns on investment. Build and maintain relationships with agents, developers, property owners, and other industry professionals.
