Role: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Implementation Lead
Location: Remote
Length: 6-9 months
A leading organisation that operates in the construction and utilities sectors is driving business growth through optimising and improving their operations, systems and technology.
Technology plays a central role in delivering real impact at speed and scale with this business and in line with this, they are investing in Salesforce as their primary platform in order to streamline operations, enhance customer experience and drive growth.
The company is now expanding on their service capabilities and are embarking on a Field Service Lightning implementation. Working closely with the C-suite, they are seeking a proven FSL professional who can manage the end-to-end implementation, covering design, configuration, rollout and data migration and ensure that the platform is scalable for the future.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead FSL requirements workshops, design scalable FSL architecture, configure Service Territories, Scheduling and Optimisation and the Field Service Mobile App.
- Build Flow automations, Implement and manage Omni-Channel routing to extend standard FSL features and integrate with CRM processes.
- Maintain integrations (eg through MuleSoft or other middleware) between Salesforce and external systems.
- Work with senior management to build the FSL product road map, drive release management, coordinate regression testing and monitor performance. Stay abreast of Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to the end users and business stakeholders. Provide support to aid adoption and help the team improve their FSL knowledge.
Your knowledge & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant/Service Cloud Consultant certification (desirable)
- Extensive experience of the Salesforce platform with hands-on FSL skills and leading FSL implementations.
- Development skills in Apex, LWC, FLOW, SQL and integration patterns
- Experience migrating data and processes into a single Salesforce org.
- Excellent stakeholder-management, presentation and documentation abilities.
