The opportunity: Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team. Supporting three account executives, you will be based in our Warwick office on a hybrid basis. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with company directors and assisting our Account Executives with day-to-day tasks Comparing insurance coverages and policy wording Providing dedicated and high-standard customer service to a portfolio of key clients Handling general administration tasks such as renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries. Ensuring quality control and maintaining high standards of customer service Checking and issuing documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients What we’re looking for: To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills. Ideally from a Commercial Insurance background with 3 years experience Committed to building strong Client and Insurer relationships.
