About the RoleHays are working with a leading manufacturing business in the Newquay area of Cornwall who are seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to support their finance function during a period of transition. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring a confident and detail-oriented finance professional who can deliver from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Monitor and report on production costs and inventory
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insight
Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
About You
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
Proven experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment
Strong Excel and ERP system skills
