We do this through our specialist resourcing consultancy and programme management solutions, interpreting what regulatory principles mean for your business and putting them into action. With core strengths in Remediation & Review, Complaints Management and Outcome Testing, we collaborate to fulfil our client regulatory responsibilities, balance the operational constraints they are working within, while keeping a sharp eye on their customer outcomes.   \\n\\nIn this role you’ll:\\n\\nProvide support to all current contractors on project.\\n\\nDevelop and maintain strong BDORS Contractor relationships to promote company brand within the contractor population as well as identify any potential risks that would affect or destabilise current projects.\\n\\nWork with the sales and marketing team to establish future contractor needs of the business.\\n\\nActively market our services to future contractors, with the ambition of BDO RS being the ‘go to business for contractors in the marketplace’.\\n\\nWork with the resourcing team to ensure new cohorts of contractors are recorded on our systems and regularly communicated with.\\n\\nCollate and report Market Intelligence.\\n\\nWork with the resourcing team and the account managers to understand forthcoming intakes of contractors that are being onboarded.\\n\\nUpdate all systems to ensure that the contractors are on all relevant systems and tools in compliance with our procedures.\\n\\nManage contractor onboarding, receipt of equipment, day 1 joining instructions, and the organisation of the Day 1 – Welcome session.\\n\\nProvide a support service to current contractors working across live projects through provision of the highest standards of contractor care.\\n\\nReduce the attrition of contractors leaving ‘early’ by identifying contractors at risk of leaving early and persuading contractors considering moving to other roles of the merits of remaining.\\n\\nSupport contractors who are not performing at the appropriate quality level – to improve their performance.\\n\\nBuild strong relationships and trust with the contractor population by responding promptly and accurately to ongoing queries and requests.\\n\\nIdentify and report risks/trends that would impact BDORS business standing (competitor projects, rates etc).\\n\\nProvide ongoing support covering queries such as invoices, contracts, welfare, visa’s, rate queries, grievance, Umbrella/Limited Company queries, some Private or\\n\\nPersonal issues, new to Contracting queries, promoting BDORS Brand and services.\\n\\nProvide any feedback to the Resourcing Manager on any comments raised regarding the resourcing/vetting cycle to improve current processes.\\n\\nEstablish strong working relationships with BDORS Account Managers and On-site Senior Operations associates to share knowledge, market intelligence and address client and associate specific issues.\\n\\nForm effective working relations with BDORS Legal Team highlighting potential risks.\\n\\nReport regularly using agreed templates on the attrition across the key accounts and provide anecdotal feedback from the contractor population that allow the Leadership Team to make informed decisions.\\n\\nIssue and act upon engagement surveys to the contractor population to understand what is working well and opportunities for improvement.\\n\\nEscalate any potential issues or improvement opportunities to the Managing Director and the Resourcing Manager.\\n\\nBuild and develop current database by promoting strong company brand within the market place via regular communication within the contractor population as well as identifying new upcoming projects that would potentially affect current projects.\\n\\nGain accurate Market Intelligence and inform Sales and Operations teams.\\n\\nYou’ll be someone with:\\n\\nStrong experience in a financial services business.\\n\\nHigh levels of motivation and adherence to the highest quality standards\\n\\nPeople, Quality and Process management skills\\n\\nOrganisation, Coaching, Communication Processes, Motivating Others and Reporting Skills\\n\\nThe ability to delegate responsibilities effectively\\n\\nYou’ll be able to be yourself; we’ll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
