Job Title: Flexible Nursery PractitionerLocation: Across East LancashirePay: £13.68 – £14.50 per hour (inclusive of statutory holiday pay)Job Type: Supply (Part-Time and Full-Time), with Permanent Roles Available
About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible Nursery Practitioners to support a range of nurseries across East Lancashire. This is a great opportunity for qualified early years professionals who are looking for flexible work, variety in settings, and potential permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Support nurseries with daily routines, activities, and child supervision

Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children

Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

Adapt to different nursery settings and contribute to the smooth running of each environment
Requirements:

Recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3) – Essential

Paediatric First Aid – Desirable

Safeguarding and Food Hygiene training – Desirable

Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to new environments
Training Provided:If you do not currently hold training in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, or Food Hygiene, we will support you in accessing relevant training and development opportunities.
